MONA is a small family owned business located in Kamuela, Hawaii. We create, mix and pour each candle individually. We are committed to supporting our local craftsmen and are proud to say our one of a kind handmade ceramic jars are also made right here on the island.
Weʻre not like the rest
Unlike other candles that are made from paraffin wax, which is a by product of petroleum, our candles are a custom blend of natural soy, coconut, and beeswax. All non toxic and free from artificial colorants. Our beeswax is locally sourced from a sustainable bee farm here on the southern region of Hawaiʻi island.
From our home, to yours
Through the collaborative work of local artisans, each candle is hand poured in small batches into hand crafted ceramic vessels designed for reuse and repurposing.
Our candle boxes are fully recyclable, biodegradable and made out of 100% post-consumer and post-industrial content. They are manufactured in the United States and use absolutely NO virgin fiber content. Yay!
